Zenit is a staff attendance application used by participating schools ("your employer") to record check-ins and check-outs at work locations by scanning location QR codes. Accounts are created by your employer's administrators — the app has no self sign-up. For privacy questions contact serdar.toros@gmail.com.
Data is stored on Amazon Web Services servers in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1) and is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access is limited to your employer's authorized administrators and the service operator for maintenance.
Attendance records are kept for as long as your employer's staff-management purposes require. To access, correct or delete your data in Zenit Go — including full account deletion — contact your employer's administrator or e-mail serdar.toros@gmail.com stating your name and the phone number you sign in with; requests are honoured within 30 days unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
A deletion request covers your account and the data held with it: name, e-mail address, phone number, device identifier, push-notification token, and the check-in / check-out records linked to the account. Where your employer is legally obliged to retain attendance data, it is kept only for the period that obligation requires and is not used for any other purpose.
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and comparable regulations you may request information about the data held about you, ask for correction or deletion, and object to processing. Use the contact address above to exercise these rights.

Zenit Go içindeki verilerinize erişmek, düzeltmek veya sildirmek — hesabın tamamen silinmesi dâhil — için işvereninizin yöneticisine başvurun ya da adınızı ve giriş yaptığınız telefon numarasını belirterek serdar.toros@gmail.com adresine yazın; talepler yasal bir zorunluluk aksini gerektirmedikçe 30 gün içinde karşılanır.
Silme talebi hesabınızı ve onunla tutulan verileri kapsar: ad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, cihaz kimliği, bildirim jetonu ve hesaba bağlı giriş-çıkış kayıtları. İşvereninizin yasal olarak saklamak zorunda olduğu puantaj verileri yalnızca bu zorunluluğun gerektirdiği süreyle tutulur ve başka hiçbir amaçla kullanılmaz.
